The Digicel Foundation is a very different kind of NGo in the local landscape.  We get involved in a project from start to completion and we are the biggest cheerleaders for our beneficiries.  This has served us well in mitigating against programme failure, all things being equal.  Some initaitives have been smoother than some, and we have yet to back away from a challenge. It would be remiss of me not to mention the value we place on our partners.  So much more is achieved when we pool resources and create a bigger impact.
