The Heart of Digicel

Charity begins at home. As such, we encourage team Digicel to get involved in a variety of community causes. There are several opportunities to volunteer; from beach clean-ups, participating in international days, book drives, volunteering at Christmas parties and helping to paint some of our centres of excellence.

Engagement and Participation

As a registered Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) we know first-hand that volunteers are some of our best assets.

We want to connect our staff to community causes that they feel passionate about.

Our #RedArmy is a staff campaign designed to encourage and enhance the spirit of volunteerism among Digicel team members. Becoming a volunteer helps with building team morale, uncovering hidden talents, and developing team leaders. Email us at digicelfoundationtt@digicelgroup.com if you have a volunteer opportunity for our Red Army!

Observing International Days

From rocking socks to support Down Syndrome awareness, to Lighting-it-up-blue for Autism, to beach clean-ups, #teamDigicel is always connected to the cause.

Volunteering at Foundation events

Volunteerism is fundamental to the work that we do.

Book Drives

Our team is always hands-on, donating to causes to support students in need.

Christmas Initiatives

Giving back at Christmas can range from food hampers, to treats for kids and senior citizens.

Our staff volunteer programme dubbed the 'Red Army' is core to our community outreach. Our volunteers are always ready to show up and stand with beneficiaries. The programme actively engages employees and encourages their participation in volunteer activities. Staff members are invited to sign up for volunteer opportunities that align with their interests, skills, and availability. Do you have an opportunity for the Red Army?

Annually, we provide grant funding to staff to implement projects in their communities. These grants empower staff to become real community change agents.

We engage staff to volunteer at our events and build relationships with our partners so they can feel connected to our ultimate cause.

Last Christmas staff got the opportunity to purchase food items and prepared food hampers for low income families in their community.
