Digital Literacy
Support for initiatives that equip communities with essential digital skills to thrive in the modern world. This category may include funding for projects that promote internet safety, technology access, and coding or STEAM programmes for underserved groups. Ideal for schools, youth clubs, and community organisations aiming to bridge the digital divide.Silver Economy
Programmes that empower the elderly through wellness and economic participation. Projects may include farming initiaties for seniors, social entrepreneurship programmes, skills training, or initiatives that foster digital safety and inlcusion of seniors.Special Needs Digital Inclusion
Support for projects that use technology to enhance learning, communication, and independence for persons with disabilities. This category may include funding for assistive devices, accessible learning tools and digital training for caregivers and educators. Focused on fostering equal opportunities and inclusive access for all abilities.Youth Development
Projects aimed at empowering and supporting the youth population through initiatives such as mentorship programmes, leadership training, educational workshops, and recreational activities.Social Enterprises
Support for innovative ventures that address social or environmental challenges while generating sustainable revenue. This category may include funding for social enterprises focused on issues such as poverty alleviation, environmental sustainability, and community empowerment.Environmental Sustainability
Projects aimed at conserving natural resources, mitigating climate change impacts, and promoting eco-friendly practices. Projects in this category may involve reforestation efforts or recycling projects.Agricultural Development
Support for projects that strengthen Jamaica’s agricultural sector through innovation, sustainability, and community development. This category may include funding for initiatives such as climate-smart farming, agro-processing, community farms, youth in agriculture, and digital tools for farming efficiency. Ideal for organisations promoting food security, rural development, and economic resilience through agriculture.Special Needs Support
These are projects and initiatives that cater to the unique needs of persons with disabilities and special needs. This may include accessibility improvements, specialised training for caregivers, and programmes aimed at proting inclusion and empowerment.Education
This category provides support for projects that improve access to quality education and enhance learning outcomes for individuals of all ages. This could include infrastructure improvements for schools, educational materials, teacher training programmes, and initiatives to promote lifelong learning within communities.Funding Guidelines
