FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 23, 2022: PORT OF SPAIN, TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO- Persons working in traditional and new media such as: journalists across print, TV, radio, bloggers and social media influencers can now be game-changers in their communities with one of five transformation grants available from the Digicel Foundation.
Each grant is valued at TT$20,000 and proposed projects should be innovative, impactful and transform a community space. All projects must be completed within 4-6 weeks. This call for applications presents an ideal opportunity for media personnel and entrepreneurs to develop their personal brands and social responsibility portfolios, while investing in a worthy cause of their choice.
The winning five grantees will be expected to produce a two minute long impact story on the project, capturing how the intervention will benefit the community. As an NGO, the Digicel Foundation acknowledges that collaboration is vital for project success and as such, applicants are encouraged to partner with others if they believe that it will add value to their project.
